| Thorpe's Attorney E Scott Frison Jr. Esq., Bar No. 478092 |
Mr. Thorpe's attorney can't seem to keep his facts straight. See here where he stated as a fact that Thorpe made a 911 call on October 19, 2009, and then on May 4, 2010 argues that the prosecution has not proven that Thorpe made the 911 call. It's no wonder Thorpe lost that case. |
| ANC 2C04 Candidate Derrick Barrett |
ANC2C04 Candidate Derrick Barrett was called as a defense witness; here is his brief testimony. The judge excused the Mr. Barrett because he did not have anything to say which was relevant to the question of whether or not Thorpe made a false police report. |
| MPD Chief Lanier and Deputy Chief Groomes |
Thorpe threatened to subpoena MPD Chief Lanier and Deputy Chief Groomes if his civil case or criminal case went to trial. |
